Our Frequently Asked Questions
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is 18k gold filled and silver plated meaning it is water resistant. This means it can be exposed to the elements, however, it should be avoided. We have done multiple testing's on our jewellery and for the most part they are safe in both fresh and salt water as long as it is rinsed after, however, over time the metal will begin to fade and may tarnish.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order so please allow 2 - 4 business days before your order can be shipped. We ship with AusPost and depending on where you are based shipping typically takes between 1 - 2 weeks.
Do you have physical points of sale?
As of currently we only stock in WA and QLD!

Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do! You can fill out a form under our custom orders section at the bottom of our website or send a message through to our Instagram @coastalbjewellery :)
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. However, we are constantly striving to expand so hopefully in the near future we will!
